Allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled the next business day.

Placing an Order
When you place an order, a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card will be sent to your email address. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem.

Processing an Order 
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Pre-Orders
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.

If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are received.

We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.

Payment Options
Credit Cards | We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once your order has been shipped. (excluding pre-orders)

PayPal | When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to themantraco.com

We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. 

Updating Orders
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

Order Cancelations
To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact us at contact@themantraco.com for more information.

It is possible that your order may be cancelled during high volume periods due to inventory selling out. We recommend try placing your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item.

If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded.

Sales Tax
All prices are given in US Dollars ($). In the United States any order shipped to an address within California State are required to pay sales tax. The sales tax of 7.25% will be added at checkout. 

Verification and Shipping
When placing your order please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. 

In the event that your shipping information does not match the delivery service’s records, we may contact you directly to update this information. We have the right to cancel and refund your order if we do not receive a response after three attempts.

International Orders
We welcome and accept international orders and ship to most countries. International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. Please note that we have no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches your destination and for which you will be liable.

What if my item is damaged?
If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us at contact@themantraco.com for the quickest response.

All returns will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
