You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or by logging in to your account on themantraco.com.
Change or Cancel Your Order
Once our online shop has processed your order, you will be unable to make any changes. Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. Please check your property or with your neighbors help locate the package. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim. Please contact us with your claim number and we can work together on a resolution. We ask that you wait 48 business hours after your tracking shows as delivered to file any claim as usually the packages do deliver during that time.
We ship worldwide using UPS. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.
Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Also, please be aware of any specific import restrictions to your country from the US.
