Returns & exchanges are determined on a case by case basis. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us at for the quickest response.

All returns will be refunded (minus shipping cost to return the package) to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. 

Allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled the next business day.
