Returns & exchanges are determined on a case by case basis. If there is a product defect or a problem with your order, please email us at email@example.com for the quickest response.
All returns will be refunded (minus shipping cost to return the package) to your original form of payment. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
Allow up to 24 hours for a response to your inquiry. Emails sent during non-office hours will be handled the next business day.
